International camp "Biodiversity and Su-stainable Tourism" will be hosted by the Camping "La Primula", located 350 m from the sea and placed on terraces of Pi-sciottani olive trees and oak trees, overlo-oking Cape Palinuro, one of the most charming places of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park.

 

Camp Activities :

 

During the camp we will monitor the dune and its vegetation, taking into conside-ration the current anthropogenic disturbances. Eventually we’ll use gained infor-mations to prepare a map, summarizing the state of the beach.

 

We will also inform and alert the users of the beach on the existing problems but also on the wonders that the beach offers, organizing tours and public meetings with local people to share a draft on sustainable land management.

 

.... besides devoting to our main activities we’ll surely spend some time relaxing a little and swimming in the beautiful sea of Palinuro!

Time : 16 th July 2011 - to 23 rd July 2011.

Place : Caprioli, Comune di Pisciotta (Salerno).

Travel : Borne by partecipants.

Accomodation : La Primula camping, no tents are provided , please bring yours.

Board : Self-catering kitchen or other boarding options by agreement with the host structure.

Activities : Organised by the research group of the CEA la Primula.

Registration Fee : 50,00 € (Insurance fee).

By Car : Take A3 motorway, exit Battipaglia, freeway to Paestum, Vallo della Lucania, Futani, exit Poderia, in direction of Palinuro - Pisciotta.

By Train : Railway line Salerno — Reggio Calabria, get off at Pisciotta station. Booking advisable

Compilando il modulo sottostante :

 

01. si chiede di poter partecipare alle attività di ricerca e volontariato del progetto “Biodiversità e Turismo Sostenibile” presso il CEA "La Primula" nel periodo : dal 16 luglio 2011 al 23 luglio 2011.

 

02. si accetta il regolamento del campo e di collaborare seguente con il CEA "La Primula" a titolo di volontario.

 

03. si impegna alla conferma della partecipazione da parte del CEA a versare la quota d’iscrizione di € 50,00 prima dell’inizio delle attività.
